- Ice Rink: daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM
- Christmas Market/Attractions: Friday to Sunday from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Monday to Thursday from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- December 24: everything open until 6:00 PM
- December 25: everything opens from 12:00 PM
- December 31: everything open until 6:00 PM, but the catering locations on the forecourt remain open until 2:00 AM
- January 1: everything opens from 12:00 PM
