Host your own event, reception, or party during Winterland Hasselt

Winterland Hasselt offers a wide range of possibilities to organize your Sinterklaas event, (Christmas) reception, end-of-year gathering, or corporate celebration in a unique winter atmosphere.

You can choose from several options that include catering, entertainment, and access to attractions.

We have four different venues where your event can take place:

• GRAND CAFÉ (up to 400 people)
  Discover the Grand Café — a cozy and atmospheric space with a true winter charm.
• ASPEN LOUNGE (up to 100 people)
  A unique Rocky Mountains-inspired setting featuring wood, Chesterfield sofas, a fireplace, and winter coziness.
• SPIEGELTENT (up to 250 people)
  Our ‘Majestic’ Spiegeltent takes you back to the 1920s — full of nostalgia and elegant décor.
• ALMHÜTTE (up to 200 people)
  Experience the Alps in Hasselt! Enjoy the authentic winter atmosphere of this original Austrian Almhütte.

All arrangements are catered by De Lorka from Hasselt, ensuring professional and high-quality service.

• BREAKFAST PACKAGE
  Start your day with a delicious breakfast at Winterland Hasselt — a perfect way to kick off a workday or holiday.
• LUNCH PACKAGE
  Lunch in our Almhütte means enjoying the finest winter dishes and drinks. Combine your lunch meeting with a visit to the ice rink and finish the afternoon with a ride on the Ferris wheel for a stunning view over the city.
• DINNER PACKAGE / EVENING PARTY
  Winterland Hasselt is the place for a beautiful (end-of-year) party for your clients or employees. You can reserve one of our four venues — fully or partially — including a delicious dinner, drinks, and optional entertainment.
